Experience an environment that is beautiful, clean and safe.
Tasmania is Australia’s island state. It is internationally famous for its great natural beauty, wilderness, bushwalking areas and outdoor activities. It enjoys a high standard of living at a very reasonable cost. Tasmania’s world-class wilderness, and cities with restaurants, casinos and shops, including one of Australia’s best outdoor markets are all very close to the university in both Launceston or Hobart.

The University of Tasmania, established in 1890, is the fourth oldest university in Australia. It offers a full range of degree programs and the English Language Centre offers a number of English language programs for entry into University or TAFE, including full time IELTS preparation, DEAP and Foundation Studies Programs. As well as courses to improve English for general or business purposes. Student advisors and a campus health service are provided. Students have the use of all university facilities, including recreational and sports clubs and 24-hour computer labs.

Accommodation is available on campus and close to campus in shared houses and apartments. We can also arrange homestay.
